Whoo-hoo, I was tagged!

Yes, I am a geek, but I have been wanting to get tagged ever since I started this blogging business! Thanks to Carolyn, I can now say I've been tagged. Anyway, this one's about your significant other . . .

1. What is his name? A. Clark Anderson (I don't know if Clark wants me disclosing his first name!) If you really want to know and you don't already, you'll have to ask him.

2. Who eats more? That would definitely be Clark! Though when it comes to cookies, I can outeat him.

3. Who said I love you first? Clark. The night he said it, I distinctly remember lying on my bed, smiling like I've never smiled before, and feeling like I was in heaven. I couldn't sleep either, but I didn't mind because I felt so amazing.

4. Who is taller? Clark is by 9 inches! He's 6'4" and I am 5'7".

5. Who is smarter? Clark again. I used to try to help him with his homework, but once he got into differential equations and fluid dynamics, I was lost.

6. Who is more sensitive? Me! I find myself crying when I watch Disney movies.

7. Who does the laundry? I do, but only about once a week, so when I do it, there's usually 4 or 5 loads. (I HATE laundry!)

8. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Clark. He likes to sleep by the window because he's usually "burning up" at night.

9. Who pays the bills? I do. I love that I can now pay all of our bills online. It's fantastic!

10. Who cooks more? Me for the most part. However, when we go up in the mountains, Clark is all over it . . . he makes a fantastic dutch oven meal and mouth-watering burgers. Also, sometimes Clark gets to craving Chilean bread or pico de gallo and he'll whip some of that up at home.

11. What meals do you cook together? Cook together? None, but we eat 2-3 meals a day together. We have breakfast together, sometimes lunch, and always dinner. I strongly believe in having dinner together as a family. We even sit Rosie up in her high chair and she watches us while we eat.

12. Who is more stubborn? That's a toss up. I guess it depends on the subject. We are both oldest children so I think we were both used to having things our way.

13. Who is first to admit they're wrong? Sorry if you read this Clark, but I'd have to say I am. I just hate contention so I'll say sorry just so things are better.

14. Who has more siblings? We have the same! 6 siblings each. Whoa, I just realized we both have 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Pretty cooky, huh?

15. Who wears the pants in the relationship? Again, this depends. We both know when to let the other wear the pants, if that makes sense.

16. What do you like to do together? Anything we can! We love going out to eat just the two of us, going to baseball, basketball, hockey, and football games, going for Sunday walks, discussing life, hanging out with our families, just to name a few.

17. Who eats more sweets? Me! In my family growing up, we seriously always had dessert after lunch and dinner. So, if I don't have at least two servings of chocolate a day, I can't function.

18. Guilty pleasures? I have too many to name. NAPS! Reading, shopping on e-Bay, dreaming of being fashionable (if you can believe this, I was quite the fashionista in high school, however now I usually resort to sweats), that's another guilty pleasure: sweat pants!, peanut m&ms, mountain dew (though I'm REALLY trying to quit), okay, that's enough for this post. :)

19. How did you meet? At an instute activity. It was in December and the activity was up at Happy Jack. We went sledding and roasted hot dogs. Love was in the air! I remember thinking, this guy is not only HOT, he is a great listener and we have so much in common!

20. Who asked who out first? When we met, I was pretty anti-men so I wasn't about to fling myself at Clark. I waited for him to ask me out and I started getting anxious because it had been two weeks and I hadn't heard from him. Turns out he was out of town, but once he came back, he asked me if I wanted to go to his apartment for dinner. He and his roommate were making pasta and Clark burned the toast. Ah, memories!

21. Who kissed who first? Clark kissed me first. We were in the institute parking lot and when he bent down to kiss me, he missed and got my cheek instead. We had to "try" it again . . . a few times.

22. Who proposed? Clark did. His sister wanted to go run on the green belt so Clark invited me to come and just hang out with him while she did that. Turns out, he had this all planned and when he got me out of the car, he lead me down to the river and knelt down and read me the most romantic poem. The last line of the poem was, "Marry me, Please?" I thought it was adorable and being the more sensitive one, started to cry.

23. His best features? I love his arms, they are so strong! I love his hands, they are tough-guy hands. I love his smile.

24. What is his greatest quality? Being friendly to everyone and anyone. He talks to homeless men about their lives, he talks to fancy engineer professors about how they got so far, he talks to me about girly stuff, and Will about chasing rabbits. He's really easy to love.

25. Tag? Emily Asay, Emily Michael, KaLee, and Mom (Amy, you might have to tell mom about this!)

That's really cool how he proposed and stuff. I don't think I knew a lot of those! And I will tell Mom.

I remember when Clark first got back from his mission. And I remember sitting by steph and him at church when he saw you speaking in sacrament meeting. I could tell he was immediately in love! It was so cute!
